Dongguan Lianying Nonwoven Tech. Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 as a medium manufacturer of series non-woven fabrics. Our company is a member unit of Guangdong Province Non-woven Fabric Association and a director unit of Dongguan City Enterprise Association. Our company has three subsidiaries: (HK) Lianying Trade Company, (Dongguan) Lianying Fiber Product Co., Ltd. and Lianfeng Fiber Product Co. Our own factory area covers 32, 000 square meters.

Our main products are needle punched nonwoven fabrics, fire proof nonwoven padding, thermal bonded batting, FR barrier felts, bamboo material padding, Acoustic absorbent felts, Geotextile PK nonwoven fabrics, quilts, filling fibers, glue bonded padding, spray bonded padding, wool batting, wool padding, wool wadding, wool felts, washable polyester padding, needle punched non-slip underlay, latex non-slip underlay, latex mattress pads, felting fabrics, and others.

With strong manufacturing capacity, our company has introduced advanced manufacturing devices and technology from Korea, Taiwan area, Japan, Germany as well as Zhejiang and Shanghai Provinces. At present, there are 13 assembling lines manufacturing non-woven fabric with professional devices, with annual output of 10, 000 tons. Our company is a leading company in the non-woven fabric industry in the Pearl River Delta.

Our company has complete organization structure and each department has complete function designations. Software QUICK-ERP is applied in our internal organization; ISO2000 is introduced into product quality management and 5S management guidance is implemented in manufacturing site. Professional product designers are enhancing the competitiveness of our company. The products of our company have passed product tests of CN117 (California Technical Bulletin No.117-2000, Section C, Man-Made Fibre Filling Materials) and BS 5852 standard (BS 5852 Part2:1982, Butane Flame Test) required by ITS Company. Our company also passed environment protection test of SGS (Commission of the European Communities) and the directive adopted in July 19, 2002 was called Directive 2002/61/EC. Our company also attends the green environment promotion activities held by China Light-product Quality Assurance Center and China International Green Environment Management Center. Our product was awarded as 'Environment friendly Product' in China.

Our factory has advanced technical production lines from South Korea, Japan and Germany. We also get some equipment from Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province at home. We have 3 lines for needle punched products, 2 for thermal bonded products, 1 for PE of PVC film coating products, 1 for ultrasonic stitch products, and 5 for knitting products, totally 13 professional production lines, with annual output over 1000 tons. We are the top one in the loft nonwoven fabric products industry in the Pearl River Delta. We are proud of the opportunity to be a main FR sound absorbent padding and insulation batt supplier for 2008 Olympics and Shanghai 2010 World Fair.
